ACADEMIC RESULTS 2011
The energy, curiosity and insatiable appetite of our students is infectious and never more so than on public examination results day. This year Wrekin College has achieved its best ever A Level results with an outstanding 36% pass rate  at A* and A grade and 82% A* - C grades.

Fourteen students achieved straight A*/A grades in three or more subjects.

We are delighted the majority of our students have secured places at their chosen universities.
 
 
These excellent results are a part of a wider picture of scholarship, creativity, opportunity, and individuality which lie at the heart of the school.  Wrekin values the development of all its pupils, the School in not a factory to produce grades but an establishment to ensure each and every child achieves his or her full potential. All of our students must be congratulated. Talented students need talented staff to teach them. How fortunate we are at Wrekin College.
