Prefect Thought for the DayMon 09 Jan 2017
Resilience is an important characteristic. Similarly to what the Headmaster said on Thursday, it is important that if you suffer a setback or disappointment in life, that you pick yourself up again quickly. It is something that we all experience, often at school, when we may be struggling with a certain subject or topic, but they are only bumps in the road, although at the time could seem like the end of the world.
With resilience you will be able to overcome these problems and become a stronger person because of it. If you are struggling with something, it is always best to ask for help from a teacher or a parent. Remember; a problem shared is a problem halved.
