Last weekend seven students and Mr Knight worked together and learned how to cook Italian food, they made two types of ravioli - chicken and red pepper plus spinach and ricotta then beef and pork meatballs with a tomato, red wine and basil sauce, and tagliatelle topped with Italian cheese. Everyone took home a few tubs so hopefully their parents enjoyed it too.

After half term we visit Japan, with tempura vegetables, sushi, sashimi, maki and California rolls. Super fun!
