History and Politics

Amy joined Wrekin College in September 2014. With a BA Honours in History, specialising in medieval History, from Lancaster University and a PGCE from St Martin's College, Lancaster. She brought seven years experience in both the independent and state sector to Wrekin College. 

Amy is enthusiastic about teaching History across all Key Stages and delivering the Politics syllabus at A Level.

She is a Tutor and Assistant Housemistress in Lancaster Boys' and thoroughly enjoys these roles. Amy lives with her husband Rob - they both love being outdoors, exploring the countryside, travelling and trying new cuisines.
