Outdoor Activity Day
'Fun Friday' certainly rang true today for Lower School with our outdoor learning day. We embraced and celebrated our outdoor surroundings with four unique and exciting challenges. The children were grouped into Houses and rotated around the activities through the day.
The STEM challenge involved working in groups to design and build a den. Scientifically minded, the children had to make their own bubble wands-how big was the biggest bubble? The nature area provided the perfect ambience for nature crown making using the environment around them. The O-Zone area allowed space for traditional games, tennis, beat the goalie, and there were even a few cheerleaders shaking pom poms!
The children were amazing, what a great way to end the week.
