Wrekin Senior: 13+ entry (Year 9 to Year 11)
Joining Wrekin College in Year 9 is a natural entry point, as all of our pupils leave Lancaster House to join their senior Houses.
New friendship groups are formed and GCSE study begins. Year 9 is an exciting time as pupils start to prepare for their GCSE studies, join our CCF and gain more responsibility.
When joining Year 9 your child will become a member of one of our senior Houses; Tudor, York and Bayley for boys, Clarkson and Roslyn for girls. House spirit is strong at Wrekin and the numerous House competitions are hotly contested. Day pupils and boarders are fully integrated into Houses, with our day pupils benefiting from our boarding ethos, round the clock care and extensive activities.
