Laying the Foundations for Lifelong Learning at Wrekin Prep
In choosing Wrekin Prep, you elect to educate your child in a school that has, at its core, the aim of enabling every child to be the very best they can be.
At Wrekin Prep, your child will be given education without boundaries or ceilings, where children can learn and grow in a happy safe environment.
With a broad and balanced forward-thinking and innovative curriculum, we aim to build the foundations upon which all learning will be built. It is these foundations, as children start their Wrekin journey, that will ensure the strength and direction of their educational pathway for the rest of their lives.

WELLBEING AT OUR HEART
We are a forward-thinking independent primary school, evolving our educational offering to ensure that we are equipping our pupils with the right mindset and skill set to enable them to thrive both today and tomorrow.

school life
a learning adventure
Wrekin Prep offers a warm, vibrant and forward-thinking education rooted in a proud history of excellence. Every child is known, supported and challenged to fulfil their potential through a rich curriculum balancing academic rigour with creativity, sport and the arts.

Academic
An enhanced curriculum
Our outstanding prep curriculum is a vibrant adventure in learning within a challenging and stimulating environment. It embraces the academic and allows connections between subjects to be made, for learning to be themed with ‘hooks’ for learning and topics closing with a ‘fantastic finish’. It is a curriculum structure to enable children to meet or exceed age-related expectations at a prep school expected level.
