World Book Week Round-up

Pupils in our Wellington Primary School had so much fun taking part in all of our World Book Week activities!

At the start of the week there was a sea of readers at Old Hall, as the whole school came together to share favourite books with new friends and provided a fantastic opportunity for pupils to explore reading new things.

Lower School absolutely loved hearing stories from award-winning storyteller Jake Trick Evans. Circular stories, traditional stories and stories which helped us face our fears. Thank you Jake!

The pupils enjoyed all of the activities whilst being dressed up in their pyjamas on Friday! They even made and designed their own pillowcases with lots of bright colours.

It was wonderful to see everyone getting involved in celebrating World Book Week!

Well done everyone!
