Year 2 Fluency Challenge
As part of the curriculum at our Preparatory School, pupils work creatively during mathematics lessons to improve their fluency and recall of facts.
During their fluency lessons, Year Two worked practically to improve recall of both multiplication and division facts. The challenge was to be as “Quick as a click!”. Snakes and Ladders provided more challenge with the children inventing their own rules!
This challenge enabled pupils to get competitive whilst practising their skills.
