Academic Lecture Series- so far!
This half term our Academic Lecture series has been a great success!
The lectures are held weekly on Thursday lunchtime to an audience of pupils and staff. So far this tern we have had a variety of topics including the Jurassic Coast, Hindu Iconography, Political Satire, Agatha Christie and How to become a Writer. Our speakers have included pupils, staff, university lecturers and even a professional thriller writer! Thank you to all of our speakers who have taken the time to share with us a subject they are passionate about.
We have really enjoyed the chance to learn more about a range of topics and are looking forward to what the next half term has in store for us! Next half term the lecture series will be held on a Monday.
