Camps International Kenya Fundraiser
Two of our forth form students James and Jake organised a Quiz Night fundraiser to raise funds for their Camps International expedition to Kenya in 2024.
They wrote the quiz including rounds like Guess-The-Jelly-Bean-Flavour and Emoji Landmarks and hosted the evening as joint Quiz Masters! Thanks to the generous audience, the event raised over £1,500 towards their volunteering and development work.
James and Jake are also being kindly sponsored by local businesses; Belvoir, JM Finn, Morgan Payne & Knightley, Storage Solutions Shrewsbury and Throgmorton Associates.
They will soon be pairing up again to do a 2-day sponsored hike of the Shropshire Way and are both hugely excited about their upcoming Kenyan adventure!
