Clarkson House Officially Opens

Pupils and staff celebrate the official opening of clarkson house after relocation and refurbishment over the summer

On Friday, Wrekin celebrated the official opening of Clarkson House, formerly Lancaster boys, with an evening of festivities for all current Clarkson girls. The occasion included a ribbon-cutting ceremony, led by Mr Phil Berry, former Head of Clarkson, alongside Mrs Warner, our current Head of Clarkson, marking the start of an exciting new chapter for the house.

The celebrations continued with a bonfire and fireworks display, providing a memorable evening for all in attendance. The event highlighted the sense of community and house spirit that Clarkson House fosters, bringing together pupils and staff in a joyful celebration.

The new house is set to be a vibrant home for Clarkson girls, offering modern facilities and a supportive environment that enhances the Wrekin experience. A special thank you was extended to the Site Services Team, whose hard work over the summer ensured that Clarkson House was beautifully refurbished and ready for the new term.
