Wrekin Under 19 Netball Reach National Cup Final
Wrekin’s under 19 netball team delivered a scintillating performance in the National Cup semi-final, overcoming a strong side from Bromsgrove School to secure their place in the National Cup Final.
This marks a historic achievement for Wrekin. For the first time, the school has reached both the National Schools Final and the National Cup Final within the space of just two weeks. The team will travel to Loughborough and the English Institute of Sport in March to compete in the finals of both national competitions.
Captained by Roses Academy and Notts Forest NexGen player, Millie, the squad have worked tirelessly in their pursuit of competing with the very best netball schools in the country. Their dedication, teamwork and determination have been clear throughout the season.
