Sport Highlights
The Under 11 Girls' football team played a thrilling match against HLC in the Under 11 Girls' County Cup. After Old Hall took an early lead, HLC managed to pull the score back to equalise at 2-2 on the final whistle. The game went to penalties to decide the winner. Old Hall remained calm and composed to secure the win. What a game, well done team!
In Hockey, some of our Year 3 girls, helped by a few Year 4 girls, had their first away fixture since joining Upper School. They had a great afternoon playing hockey against Birchfield, demonstrating some nice skills. Well done to all who played.
Two of our hockey goalkeepers were fortunate enough to join some Wrekin senior goalkeepers in a training session. They thoroughly enjoyed the experience and learned a great deal about movement and kicking the ball away, clear of the goal.
The Under 9 girls football teams enjoyed huge success at Prestfelde on Thursday. The girls were well organised and showed great determination to win the ball back quickly leading to them scoring lots of goals.
