Individual Achievements
Gymnastics
Congratulations to Mabelle for her selection for the Senior England Gymnastics Squad. Mabelle's selection follows her string of recent gymnastics success at both the English and British Championships. This is a fantastic achievement, and it is wonderful to see Mabelle's hard work and dedication in the gym, alongside her studies pay off.

Street Dance
Pupil Arie won the team dance championship ,the under-16 street solo championship, and the senior street solo champ of champs in the Audacity Ultimate Dance Competition. It is great to see Arie achieving even more great results.
Chess
The Junior A team of Newport Chess Club, that Second Form pupil Ellick is a member of, won Division 2 of the Shropshire Chess League and have been promoted to Division 1 next season.
The season involves 10 matches against other, mainly adult, clubs across Shropshire. Ellick did very well winning 4.5 points out of potential 7. This is a phenomenal result as the competition organiser can’t remember the last time that a junior team played in Division 1.
