Lancaster Debating Final
The much-anticipated final of the Lancaster Debating Competition took place in the chapel.
Clun and Attingham faced each to debate the motion 'This House believes that parents should teach their children to question authority'. There was a really high standard of debating and some brilliant questions from the floor. The adjudicators Mr Spence and Mr Smith had a difficult decision to make, however they awarded the victory to...Clun! Congratulations to Clun, and to everyone who took part in all rounds of the competition to represent their Quarter.
It's clear that the future of debating at Wrekin is bright!
