Lower Sixth Attend UCAS Discovery Day
A valuable opportunity to explore university, apprenticeship and career pathways.
Lower Sixth students attended the UCAS Discovery Day, a highly valuable event designed to support students as they begin to consider their next steps beyond school. The trip provided an excellent opportunity to explore a wide range of future pathways in one place.
Throughout the day, students spoke directly with universities and colleges about courses and student life, as well as meeting employers and apprenticeship providers to learn more about alternative routes and career options. Qualified careers advisers were also on hand to offer guidance, alongside expert-led talks that gave insight into a variety of industries and professions.
In addition, UCAS experts provided tailored support, helping pupils better understand their options and feel more confident about the decisions ahead. The event proved to be an extremely useful and informative experience for all involved.
