Pupils vs Parents Cricket
The annual Parents vs. Staff Cricket Match at Old Hall was once again a fantastic evening of sport and laughter. Set against the backdrop of the school field, the sun shone brightly as parents and children took to the pitch in good spirits and with a healthy dose of competitiveness. From stylish cover drives to enthusiastic (if slightly wild) bowling, the match was filled with memorable moments and plenty of cheering from the sidelines.
The game struck the perfect balance between friendly rivalry and light-hearted fun, with all teams showing flashes of skill and plenty of humour. Children and families gathered to support, creating a brilliant atmosphere that truly captured the essence of Old Hall’s community ethos.
After the final balls were bowled and hands were shaken, everyone moved over to the pavilion where a delicious barbecue awaited. Parents, children, and staff enjoyed relaxing together over great food, chatting and reflecting on the match highlights and memories from the past year.
