Second Form Great Escapes Trip
Our Second Form Pupils went on a residential outdoor challenge at The Great Escape.
They were tested in a number of physical and leadership challenges ranging from low-ropes, zip-wire, command tasks, shelter construction and an escape and evasion exercise. Operating in teams of ten they spent their spare time playing team sports, exploring the forest around the site, going wild swimming, or enjoying marshmallows around the fire pit. A highlight was the successful challenge to build and light signal fires to attract the attention of a helicopter, which landed, allowing all the pupils an opportunity to sit behind the controls.
Our Second Form experienced a challenging and exhausting trip, and returned to Wrekin for a well earned rest!
