Sport Round-up
Despite the snow, there has been a lot of great sport happening at Old Hall over the last two weeks.
Football
Old Hall held their first Under 11 Girls' Football Festival. It was a fantastic afternoon which saw 120 girls all playing football in two groups. It was great to see all our Year 5 and 6 Girls participating. The standard was exceptional and there were some close-fought matches throughout the afternoon.
Both Under 11 teams played their county semi-final football matches. The Girls' Under 11 team won on penalties after being 2-0 down during the match. The Boys' Under 11 team battled hard to win their match 6-2. Both teams are now in the county finals.
The Under 11 Boys' Football teams welcomed West House to Old Hall. The Lions team had a 9-1 win, while the Tigers were involved in a thrilling 4-3 victory. Both games were played in great spirit!
