Swimming
Congratulations to Kitty who competed in her first Shropshire Summer meet gala in Wolverhampton. Kitty swam amazingly well coming away with five golds and one silver in six races. Definitely one to watch out for in the future, well done Kitty we are very proud of you!
Cricket
Our Girls' Cricket teams have been busy over the last fortnight.
Our Under 11 girls played Packwood in hardball and softball matches in the glorious sun. Both matches were very closely contested, and it was fantastic to see the great improvements both teams have made this season.
For the final girls' fixture of the season, girls were selected from across all four teams to play cricket against WGS. They had a lovely afternoon and came out convincing winners. Their bowling was consistent and accurate and they scored several 4s in batting with every member of the team contributing to the excellent batting total.
Our Under 11 A and B teams played cricket against Wrekin First Form. It was a brilliant match and some of the Year 6 girls look forward to teaming up with these girls in teams next year when they move up to Wrekin.
