Strengthening Connections at Our Fourth Business Breakfast
Guest speakers lead thought-provoking discussions on employee wellbeing and the future of workplace support
Wrekin College hosted its fourth Business Breakfast Wrekin this week, bringing together a dynamic mix of local industry leaders and professionals for a morning focused on connection, conversation, and collaboration.
This growing series continues to strengthen our local business ecosystem, offering a space where organisations can share ideas, build partnerships, and support one another. The latest event centred on the theme of employee wellbeing, with two thought-provoking talks delivered by Stephen from Paycare and Colleen from Nourish Holistic Wellbeing. Their insights sparked purposeful discussion among attendees and set a positive tone for the morning.
Alongside the networking opportunities for local businesses, the event also provided valuable real-world exposure for some of our Sixth Form pupils. Students engaged directly with professionals from a range of sectors, gaining a clearer understanding of the industries they aspire to join and the pathways available to them.
A warm thank you to our speakers and to everyone who attended and contributed to such an energising and inspiring morning.
We look forward to welcoming everyone back for the next Business Breakfast on February 4th 2026.
