The Library Committee are busy, busy, busy!
Today's chapel was lead by the Library Committee! ?
The committee is made up of pupils from First Form to Sixth Form. They spoke about what resources are available to use at the library, and what events they have in store for us, including a Book Secret Santa!
The chapel ended with the anticipated announcement of The Wrekin Book of the Year!
The winner is... 'The Good Thieves' by Katherine Rundell!
The book was chosen by pupils as the Book of the Year from a shortlist of six books of nominated titles. Katherine Rundell had this to say about her book being selected:
"I'm so delighted to have won the Wrekin Book Award for The Good Thieves. I hope it inspires you to go on your own adventures- and perhaps even learn the trapeze!"
