Wrekin delegates take part in Model United Nations
Wrekin delegates recently travelled to Cheadle Hulme School to take part in Model United Nations (MUN), developing their debating, diplomacy and negotiation skills while exploring some of the complex issues facing the world today.
Taking on the roles of different countries, students debated resolutions, represented different perspectives and worked to find solutions through discussion and negotiation.
Mr Jennings said: “In the true spirit of peace, dignity, and equality, Wrekinians champion the democratic process, international cooperation, and the noble ambition of striving for a better world...they also like having a jolly good argument!”
