Wrekin Prep Celebrates World Book Day

Pupils across the school enjoyed a day of creativity and learning as they celebrated World Book Day with this year’s “Princesses and Villains” theme. Pupils arrived dressed as a wide range of characters, bringing the school to life with colour and imagination.

The day also featured an egg decorating competition, a visiting bookshop where pupils could use their World Book Day vouchers, and a special visit from Tucker, a trained support dog, who demonstrated how dogs can provide comfort and assistance in times of need.

It was a memorable day for all, highlighting the joy of reading, creativity, and the important role that stories and learning play in our pupils’ lives.
