Wrekin Prep Hosts Under 11 Girls’ Football Festival
The annual festival brought together schools from across the region to celebrate skill, collaboration, and progression.
On Wednesday, Wrekin Prep proudly hosted its annual Under 11s Girls’ Football Festival, welcoming 10 teams and more than 100 enthusiastic players, including all Year 5 and 6 girls proudly representing Wrekin Prep on the field.
The festival was designed to encourage participation in sport at every level, providing an inclusive and supportive environment where pupils could develop both their football skills and personal qualities.
Pupils enjoyed a fantastic afternoon of football, demonstrating skill, determination, and camaraderie throughout. We extend our sincere thanks to all the schools that travelled to take part and to everyone who helped make the day such a success.
