Wrekin Young Musician Final
The Wrekin Young Musician Competition culminated with the grand final in the Chapel for an evening of beautiful music.
Thirteen musicians made it through to the final after their preliminary rounds. The audience was treated to performances from all instrumental families, showcasing the wealth of musical talent of our pupils.
Our esteemed adjudicator, Michael Turner, had a difficult decision on his hands, and after much deliberation, judged there to be two winners. Congratulations to Kirsty and Ella for lifting the trophy, and to our second and third place winners Will and Ryo respectively.
The standard of music played throughout the evening was outstanding, and demonstrates the strength of music here at Wrekin.
