Year 1 Visit Chester Zoo
Year 1 pupils enjoyed a wonderful day at the zoo as part of their Science topic.
During the day, pupils observed a wide range of animals, including class favourites such as the snow leopard, Komodo dragon, and elephants. Seeing these animals up close helped pupils develop a deeper understanding of how different animals are adapted to their environments, reinforcing key scientific concepts explored in lessons.
The visit was both educational and enjoyable, supporting curiosity and encouraging pupils to make meaningful connections between their learning in school and the natural world.
