Year 3 and 4 Discover the Joy of Brass Instruments
Pupils try trumpets, trombones, French horns, and euphoniums in an interactive music session
Year 3 and 4 pupils enjoyed a lively and engaging brass instrument demonstration led by Mr Wilkes and Mr Hickman. Bringing trumpets, euphoniums, French horns, and trombones to life, the duo combined witty storytelling with exciting demonstrations, capturing the children’s imagination and enthusiasm.
Pupils were also given the opportunity to try the instruments themselves, producing some amusing and interesting sounds! Several children displayed strong initial potential, sparking excitement about the possibility of taking up a brass instrument in the future.
The session was a fun and inspiring way for pupils to explore music and discover new talents.
