Year 4 visit Stafford Castle

Year 4 travelled to Stafford Castle to learn more about their topic this term, ‘1066’. Our pupils learnt about the 950 year history of Stafford Castle and how much it has changed. They had a tour about castles, and tried on Norman armour and weapons. It was a great trip and a fantastic opportunity to learn in an immersive environment all about the Norman period.
