Year 6 Residential- Plas Menai
Year 6 had a fantastic time on their Residential to Plas Menai.
Our pupils arrived at Plas Menai in brilliant sunshine, and had a fun first day full of activities. They took on a high ropes course and paddle boarding, before trying their hand at orienteering in the evening.
Day 2 was another exciting day for Year 6 in Wales full of adventure. The water was a little cold but the fact that the sun was shining lifted our spirits. We started with windsurfing before taking on kayaking. Out of the water Year 6 moved on to the climbing wall where they worked in pairs to climb and support each other on the ground. The day finished with team games after a busy and exciting day.
The third day saw our pupils out on the water windsurfing, and they tested their courage on the leap of faith and rock climbing. Our pupils were challenged to make egg parachutes in an 'egg'citing evening activity, and spent their last night down by the water. On their last morning they got kitted out ready for a biking experience.
